Soft + Romantic Redwoods Elopement with Neutral Blush Details | Sonoma County, CA

I’m so excited to finally share a shoot from this incredible workshop! I had long been an admirer of Dawn Charles work, and when she shared that her next Cultivate workshop was going to be in Northern Cali, I knew it was meant to be! I’ve always been so drawn to the west coast, especially the PNW—they literally have it all, oceans, mountains, redwoods, all of my favorite things! Plus, prime wine country.

We stayed at the most beautiful property in Guerneville called AutoCamp, with dozens of remodeled airstreams nestled beneath the redwoods, a giant fireplace outside, and all the cool modern alpine decor. It was pretty much like cool adult camping I’m so sad we didn’t do a shoot there, but I will go back in a HEARTBEAT for a session or elopement here.

Our first day, we headed to a spot down the road in the woods to take in all of the beautifully styled planning from Dawn and Emily. This styled elopement was a dream—blush gown, embellished with pearls, a linen suit, and the perfect white + neutral bouquet.
