Golden Hour Fall Engagement Session by the River

Diane & Peter & Riley. When I met Diane, we met at a whole foods for coffee—since she lives up near FoCo and I lived in Denver, it was the perfect halfway spot to meet in Longmont. Not too long into our conversation, we discovered we were both fellow cheeseheads, which if you’re from the midwest, you know that you could meet someone from anywhere in the midwest and you’ll instantly feel bonded! But we talked about their adorable wedding that will be up in Lyons in the fall (which also got me excited, because that’s where Ethan and I tied the knot!) and about their love for nature + the outdoors, as they both work for the Colorado Public Lands.

So for their engagements, they suggested going up to Poudre Canyon (which I had no familiarity with) and we had a perfect golden fall day, strolled through the canyon, walked along the river, and ran around with Riley a bit. These two are so adorable, and I’m so happy I get to work with them again out in the mountains.
